- There is a grace period of 15 mins, please call if you are running late. Without notice, your appointment will be automatically canceled.
- For canceling or rescheduling an appointment, we kindly ask you to call 24 hours ahead of time.
- For any artificial service, we are including a quick cuticle trim to ensure your nails are clean looking.
- Any shellac sets will be guaranteed and fixed without charge in 7 days, artificial nails for 10 days.
- No refund on any services.
